TICKET BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY

This Ticket Booking Cancellation Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all ticket bookings made through Amber Mark Enterprise Sdn Bhd (455125-H), Management Company of Langkawi Wildlife Park for events, shows, or any other services provided by us.

  1. No Refunds

All ticket sales are final, and Amber Mark Enterprise Sdn Bhd (455125-H), Management Company of Langkawi Wildlife Park has a strict no-refund policy. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged for any reason.

  1. Changes to Bookings

Customers may inquire about changes to their bookings, such as transferring tickets to another person or changing the event date. Any changes are subject to the availability and approval of Amber Mark Enterprise Sdn Bhd (455125-H), Management Company of Langkawi Wildlife Park within 90 days of purchase. Additional charges may apply for such changes.

  1. Event Cancellation

In the event of the cancellation of the scheduled event, Amber Mark Enterprise Sdn Bhd (455125-H), Management Company of Langkawi Wildlife Park will not be liable for providing any refunds to the ticket holders. Any decision to reschedule the event or offer compensation will be at the sole discretion of Amber Mark Enterprise Sdn Bhd (455125-H), Management Company of Langkawi Wildlife Park

  1. Force Majeure

Amber Mark Enterprise Sdn Bhd (455125-H), Management Company of Langkawi Wildlife Park shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Policy if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, war, terrorism, or other force majeure events.
